Every service below can be mixed and matched against your funded package — a coordinator will help you plan the right balance.

We arrange physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry and other allied health services through trusted third-party partners, coordinated as part of your care plan.
Companionship visits, help getting to appointments, and support to stay engaged with community and family.
Short-term or in-home respite care, giving family carers time to rest while your loved one continues to receive quality support.
Personal alarms, home safety equipment and other assistive technology arranged through trusted third-party partners, matched to your needs.
Cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and general household tasks that get harder with age or after a health setback.
Minor home and garden maintenance arranged through trusted third-party partners, so small jobs don't become safety risks.
Help preparing meals at home, or arranging meal delivery — so good nutrition doesn't depend on being able to cook every day.
Services can vary based on where you live, the level of care you need and whether you're eligible for government funding.
Entry-level, subsidised support for seniors needing help with one or two daily tasks — often a short-term step while waiting on a Support at Home package.
A more comprehensive, subsidised home-based support program for basic through to high-level care needs — this is the program Elora is built around.
Pay privately for care, either as a one-off service or ongoing — useful if you're not eligible for funding, or need support while on a waitlist.
Support at Home funds care across 8 ongoing classifications, from light assistance through to complex daily care. Elora Aged Care currently supports clients funded under Classifications 1, 3, 4 and 5 — covering everything from occasional help around the home through to daily support with health monitoring.
For largely independent people who need occasional help with light domestic tasks — cleaning, laundry, meal delivery, welfare check-ins and transport to appointments.
More structured support several times a week — personal hygiene, mobility assistance, meal preparation, more frequent cleaning, and fall prevention support.
Near-daily care across personal and household tasks — showering, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, home safety modifications, and regular housekeeping.
Intensive daily care including complex personal care, physical support such as hoisting, transport to medical treatment, in-home safety monitoring and integrated allied health input.
Classification budgets are set and indexed by the Australian Government and vary by individual assessment. A coordinator can confirm the current figures and what they mean for your care plan — see the My Aged Care website for the latest published rates.
Costs are drawn from your Support at Home package. These are indicative hourly rates — a coordinator will confirm exact pricing against your plan.
